😲 My sister had forbidden my daughter from going to the pool, and her reason really surprised me, to the point that I decided to take my daughter and leave.
This weekend, we had planned to spend a family day at my sister’s house. My daughter, Lily, loves swimming, and by the beginning of the week, she had already prepared her swimsuit, eagerly waiting for the weekend to swim in the pool with her cousins.
When we arrived at my sister’s house, all the children were already in the water. I told Lily to change so she could join them, but a few minutes later, I saw her near the pool, looking upset, watching the other kids having fun.
This intrigued me because Lily loves the water, and it was strange that she wasn’t swimming.

After the surgery, Abby and Erin spent five months in the hospital recovering.
