Do you remember when it was, what you were doing, who you were with?

🌳 Grounding in and connecting with joy is so essential to finding real happiness, peace and contentment in your life.
Finding joy is the key to unlocking the life your soul and source wants you to have.
So starting today spark and find joy in your day no matter what is happening around you.
📜 Make a list on your phone or in your journal of things that bring you joy.
When you find yourself feeling disconnected or overwhelmed look at the list and do something of it.

Divine Moments
🐝 A divine moment is the hum of bees as they hover from flower to flower creating life with every touch.
The golden sliver that cracks open the black or the night to announce dawns arrival.
The pit pat of rain on a sun-bleached roof welcoming the cleansing of that which has made root.
The joyous giggle of a child as its bulbous belly is tickle and blown on by its adoring mother.
🤲 The union of hands as you walk side by side with the one who you have given your heart.
The subtle waft of air touching the skin creating hair to stand on end waking you from your daydream.
Nostrils flared is rapture as you voluminously inhale the sweet aroma of your morning coffee.
The safety you feel with warm arms wrapped around you as you drift into sweet slumber.
🔥 The crackle of vibrant flames and the cough of warming logs as your body's cold melts away in front of a aromatic fire.

A Bit About Me.....
It has taken over 40 years to own my truth. I hid it away, sealed nicely in a box and went on my way living life as other thought I should. This began to take its toll and in my final year at university I was emaciated unable to eat but the minimum of foods as my body rejected almost everything I placed in my mouth. I was lost but I kept hiding away and living a half-life.
One chance meeting, well it wasn’t a chance meeting I was told I would meet the man I was going to marry, as I was getting ready to go out that night. I met the man who would become my lover, my best friend, my husband and father to my children. He did not judge me but supported me in discovering myself again. This led me on a path to living my best life.
I began owning my own s**t and changing that which did not serve me.
I also began to write again, something I had done with so much joy as a child. I found my self inspired to write poetry that held a message not only for me but also to those who were drawn to read them.
I became a mother to two beautiful boys who each have their own challenges my eldest with autism and anxiety and my youngest with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADD inattentive and migraines. My life became consumed with challenges and advocacy and tears and joy and love. I got swept up in all this entailed but there was always the voice in my head reminding me that I wasn't living my life to the full. I wasn’t fulfilling my potential.
After a challenging year of supporting my eldest son through year 12 ATAR, and youngest with the challenges he faced I knew enough was enough. It was time for me to no longer sit in the shadows, hiding. My sons showed me what determination, resilience and living your truth really meant.
Inspired I dedicated myself to facing up to and embracing my fears and embodying the truth I had always known and supported me in accepting that I am here to help others reach their potential.
From this place of self-acceptance and empowerment I embodied my intuition, uncovered my truth and opened the door to my divinity.
My service to the world as a Divine Messenger is to support you in reaching your potential through soul codes that act as an anchor and conduit for your own divinity.
