🪶 I had a welcome visit from this darling kookaburra this morning.

It sat peacefully as I walked towards it to say hello.

It looked to me as if to acknowledge my presence and allowed me to take a few photos.

I then spent then next few minutes in it’s calming presence.

🪄 It was magical.

I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to experience nature’s beauty up close.

It will activate healing, clearing and opening of your throat chakra so that you can begin to reclaim your voice and begin to express your needs in heart felt, powerful words that can no longer be ignored or swept aside.

The Soul Codes chosen to accompany this week's message fully align and support with the frequency the universe is sharing with you to free your voice and let your soul shine.

Hi beautiful souls,

🌟 Before I share this week's Monday Message I wanted to share some exciting news with you.

Over the next few weeks you will see a few changes happening to my business.

🦶 I am stepping into a new frequency in my business and this meant making a few changes.

I will continue to share my magic with you in the same way but under a new name Soul Code Magic.

💻 My business website, email, Facebook and Instagram pages will change to reflect this

I look forward to expanding into the new frequency of my business and sharing what will unfold.

Now to this week's Monday Message....

Monday Message 7th July 2025

"Simplicity is the key to life. Stop making everything so complicated. Peel back everything to the bare minimum and build from there."

❓ What does this mean?

I means taking full responsibility for yourself and where your life is.

👀 It means looking at how you have overcomplicated things by injecting fears, beliefs, other people’s opinions, doubt, judgement and blame therefore stifling the ability for your life to flow freely and for abundance to be received.

It means creating a way for yourself to notice and identify in yourself when you are overcomplicating things and take actions to keep things simple.

💯 It means choosing and backing yourself 100% of the time regardless.

An example may be wanting to buy a new flamboyant piece of clothing that you love and is a full expression of who you are.

👗 You try it on and feel so good in it the step out of the changing room to admire yourself in it.

You see other shoppers in the store look your way when you step out of the change and you see them look at each other, smirk and cast a judgemental stares your way.

You could take on their judgement, begin to question yourself, start to see faults in yourself and the clothing, question whether it is for you or not (even though a minute ago you felt fantastic in it and couldn't wait to wear it out) and begin to feel sad.

💃 Or in that moment you can choose to smile at them, do a twirl and ignore their judgement and buy the piece of clothing that you look awesome in and make you feel good about you.

By letting in, in this scenario someone else's opinion on how you dress has made what was a simple decision to buy something new to wear into a complex situation of you questioning your own ability to choose and your own judgment and left unchecked could filter into other aspects of your life creating more indecision and complexity and limiting your ability to live the life you want.

⚡️ Know that you have the power to choose you and not let other things cloud your ability to navigate your own life to manifest the abundance you seek.

So spend time this week looking at how you have chosen to complicate your life by allowing ideas, opinions, thoughts, feeling that really don't belong in and now commit to creating a framework that will no longer allow in anything that will complicate or divert your life and decisions.

Monday Message 30th June 2025

💫 When all things around you seem chaotic know that you have a choice to engage with it.

You have a choice to allow it to enter into your life, work, thoughts, health.

🦶 You also have a choice to take a step back and be the observer.

You have a choice to not allow it to affect you in a negative way.

🧐 You have a choice in how to react to it, how you engage with it and how it affects you.

I personally had chaos enter into my life yesterday, a family member had an emergency and I had to drop all the plans I had for yesterday and go to help them. This not only affected me but also my husband and my children. Each of us reacted in different ways, allowing different amounts of chaos into our day.

👀 Looking back it was interesting to see the choices each of us made and how it affected how we engaged with our day, selves and each other yesterday and even today.

Chaos will always find its way into our lives, the lives of our loved ones and the world in which we live.

💫 How it affects you depends on how willing you are to let it into your life.

Next time chaos rears its head I encourage you to take a moment, step back and observe it.

❔ See if engaging in the chaos will benefit you or not.

There are times that we may need to engage with chaos in order to help someone or fix something.

🌀 This is your choice and you can choose to step away at any time.

Most times though you will find that not engaging is the answer.

⏳ It may take a while to learn how to step away from chaos as it is so familiar to us.

Make a choice this week to step away from chaos and welcome in peace and calm into your life.

Monday Message 23rd June 2025

🪽 Release - Move and Shift what no longer serves you.🪽

We hold so much tension, memory and trauma in our physical body.

If you have carried it in your bodies for a long time, the feelings becomes familiar, safe and you often no longer realise it is there.

👀 But the moment you begin to look inside yourselves and seek to change, your body will begin to fight it.

You may feel pain, nausea, light headedness, disorientation, brain fog, burn up, shake.

🏹 This is a sign that you have honed directly into what you need to work on to create the change.

But often especially if you are new to this kind of work it may scare you and rather than allowing yourself the space to feel and release what is coming up you will shut it down, look for the reason why it is happening and even totally discard it and push it back down.

This is totally normal as it can be quite overwhelming when you allow yourself to fully feel and experience the things that we have held in our bodies for so long.

This work can be very profound and I recommend doing it with an experienced practitioner in this kind of work to support you through it.

🗝 The key to doing this work is to find yourself in a space and with someone you feel safe with and be in the right frame of mind to allow yourself to fully work through and release.

When you do the work, give into what come up.

Allow your body to move and shake.

Let the tears flow.

Let your voice out.

Feel it all without judgement.

Grieve and then forgive yourself.

Take as long as you need.

⏳ Then give yourself the time and space to process everything that comes up and is released.

This is where working with an experienced practitioner is vital as they will help you understand the root of it, navigate through the release and support you to find your new normal.

If this is you, this week is the perfect time to take that brave step into taking back your power and giving yourself the time and space to begin releasing what you have been holding on in your body for years.

🕊️ Monday Message 16th June 2025 🕊️

Today's message is a little bit different.

😌 As soon as I set my intention of bringing through this week's collective message I felt calmness and peace wash over me and then the following soul light language was shared with me -

🕊️ The frequencies of ease and grace flowed through me and I felt at peace.

My body calmed, my mind quietened and I felt a deep connection to source.

😮‍💨 My breath deepened and I felt whole again.

This is what source wants for you.

📿 Source wants you to find peace in your life, even among the chaos so you can find the healing and clarity you seek.

I then chose the Soul Code for this week and created the Monday - The Healing - Clearing.

🤲 Together they will support you in connecting and anchoring in the frequencies of peace, ease and grace.

🫨 Monday Message 9th June 2025 🫨

When I tuned into the collective for today's Monday Message, I felt the earth vibrate in response and the heard the lyrics "I feel the earth move under my feet" from 70s a Carole King song.

🦶 Indicating to me that change is a foot.

"There is a huge frequency change happening to the collective at the moment, and if you are able to tune into and work with it, then greatness can occur."

What this means for you will depend on how open and welcoming you are to aligning with the changes that will appear in your life and the world around you.

It will require an open heart 🩵, and a non-judgemental mind 🧠.

It may mean great upheaval, or a subtle change.

Whatever occurs, know that it is for your greater good.

Embrace it and go with the flow 🌊.

Change is not always negative or destructive.

Change can be the most rewarding opportunity, taking you to places you never knew were available to you.

So this week be hyper aware of what is occurring around you.

Tune into the frequency of the collective and with yourself.

This is as simple as :

Taking a few quiet moments to take a few deep conscious breaths 🫁 tuning into :

your heart 🫀
your body🧍‍♀️
your environment 🏡

and

Then opening your mind and allowing whatever wisdom, information, feelings or vision flow to you.

💞 Monday Message 2nd June 2025 💞

Wow can you believe we are half way through 2025 already?

🌏 If you live in the southern hemisphere as I do it is coming into winter, a traditional time to go within more and hibernate if you will.

The message that I am receiving and being asked to share is to buck that trend and to use this time of usual introspection to tap into your creative energy and create.

🌎 If you are in the northern hemisphere coming into spring you are being asked to tap into the creative energies of spring to harness your ability to create something new.

So this week ask yourself what has been sitting on the to do list that you have wanted to create but haven't for whatever reason?

What project has been sitting on the shelf gathering dust?

💭 What idea have you said no to even though you know in your heart would be amazing if you brought it to life?

What venture did you put on hold because you believed you didn't have the ability or lacked creativity to bring it to fruition?

When you identify what it is that your soul wants to create, the thing that lights up you up, let go of why you didn't do it and tap into the frequency of creation and let it pulse through you and into what you want to create.

🦶 Then start taking steps big or small to making it become a reality.

Celebrate every step that you make towards it being created.

💓 Breathe love into it and into yourself.

Give yourself the time and space to make it happen.

And don't forget to ask source to be your partner in the creation process with you.

Then trust that you have what you need to make it a reality.

When you have trust in yourself and in source and you do the work needed with love, you can make anything become a reality.

A Bit About Me.....

It has taken over 40 years to own my truth. I hid it away, sealed nicely in a box and went on my way living life as other thought I should. This began to take its toll and in my final year at university I was emaciated unable to eat but the minimum of foods as my body rejected almost everything I placed in my mouth. I was lost but I kept hiding away and living a half-life. One chance meeting, well it wasn’t a chance meeting I was told I would meet the man I was going to marry, as I was getting ready to go out that night. I met the man who would become my lover, my best friend, my husband and father to my children. He did not judge me but supported me in discovering myself again. This led me on a path to living my best life. I began owning my own s**t and changing that which did not serve me.

I also began to write again, something I had done with so much joy as a child. I found my self inspired to write poetry that held a message not only for me but also to those who were drawn to read them.

I became a mother to two beautiful boys who each have their own challenges my eldest with autism and anxiety and my youngest with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADD inattentive and migraines. My life became consumed with challenges and advocacy and tears and joy and love. I got swept up in all this entailed but there was always the voice in my head reminding me that I wasn't living my life to the full. I wasn’t fulfilling my potential. After a challenging year of supporting my eldest son through year 12 ATAR, and youngest with the challenges he faced I knew enough was enough. It was time for me to no longer sit in the shadows, hiding. My sons showed me what determination, resilience and living your truth really meant. Inspired I dedicated myself to facing up to and embracing my fears and embodying the truth I had always known and supported me in accepting that I am here to help others reach their potential.

From this place of self-acceptance and empowerment I embodied my intuition, uncovered my truth and opened the door to my divinity.
