Who remembers this as a snack? Growing up roasted pumpkin seeds were a highly anticipated Fall treat. I made some with a new twist on the recipe. Boil them for 10 minutes, dry, toss with oil and seasonings and roast in the oven for a few minutes.

Here's 518ers Tops Of Trees and The NolaNauts performing at the Voo Doo Ball last weekend at Saratoga Music Hall. There were lots of great Halloween costumes! It was my 1st time at the venue and I liked it there-cool vibe good people. Oh Top of Trees is releasing their new album on Dec. 11th so be listening to WEXT Radio for it!

I'm excited to host the afternoon show tomorrow and I'll play local 518 music from Off The Record Trio in the 1 pm hour. Their new album features songs from the 50s and 60s that are so much fun and beautifully performed. Here's a sneak peak. Check OTR out live, they put on high energy shows that are always awesome.
