After years in social work, I've sat with people in their darkest seasons.
And the ones who transformed most? They all had one thing in common.
They stopped waiting for permission to change.
Not permission from their circumstances. Not from their family. Not from the past. They gave themselves the one thing no one else could give them: the authority to begin.
This is what summer means to me as a coach. Not a season of pressure to "glow up" — but an open invitation to begin.
You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to start.
