NOT BIBLICALLY CORRECT.

I know that I have made the same mistake.

Before you believe what you see, and unknowingly believe another lie make sure to check God’s word for truth.

This morning I came across this quote graphic: ⤵️⤵️⤵️
—-WE ASK GOD TO CHANGE OUR SITUATION NOT KNOWING HE PUT US IN THE SITUATION TO CHANGE US—-

That statement is NOT biblically accurate — in the New Testament.

God does not put sickness, suffering, or hard situations on people to teach them a lesson. That thinking comes from a misunderstanding of the Old Covenant.

Here’s what the New Testament actually says:

James 1:13 — God cannot be tempted by evil, and He tempts no one. He is not the author of your trial.

John 10:10 — The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus came to give life — and life more abundantly. Two different sources. God is not both.

James 1:17 — Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father. Good things come from God. Period.

Romans 8:28 — God works all things together for good for those who love Him. That is not the same as God causing the bad thing. He redeems it. He doesn’t create it.

The enemy brings destruction. People’s choices bring consequences. We live in a fallen world. But God is not sitting in heaven engineering your pain to grow you.

That's a lie from the pit of hell.

That quote sounds spiritual but it puts the wrong thing on God — and it will wreck your faith if you believe it.

Most believers pray and then wonder if God even heard them.

He did. And He didn’t just hear you — He promised to answer with things so big and so specific that there’s no way you figured it out on your own.

That’s not a maybe. That’s a promise straight from His mouth.

Stop wondering if He’s listening. He is. Call on Him and expect an answer.
