RUSH Woman’s Board Fall Benefit — The Woman’s Board of RUSH University Medical Center hosted “Une Soirée d’Automne” at Artifact Events in Chicago. The evening transported guests to Jazz Age Paris, complete with a lively jazz cabaret, glittering casino games, French-inspired bites, and Art Deco décor. More than 200 guests gathered to celebrate and support The Woman’s Board Endowed Fund for Research and Clinical Trials at RUSH, which provides sustainable endowment support to fuel groundbreaking research, novel treatments, effective health care solutions, and organizational growth at the Medical Center.

Take A Look At Zook ☕ As the Hinsdale Historical Society marks 50 years of keeping local lore alive and documented, the organization is focused on the future of the R. Harold Zook Home & Studio at Katherine Legge Memorial Park. HHS is working to preserve these historic walls into a true destination for the community as a Zook museum, gathering place, and a welcoming coffee shop! Supporters of the society, local dignitaries, and community members enjoyed light bites and libations as they viewed plans for the project.

Burr Ridge Fashion Show — Neighbors, wine lovers, and fashionistas celebrated style, sips, and everything in between for three nights in September. Wednesday, September 24 brought out the best-dressed kids around with a fashion show by M and Em’s, followed by a runway show featuring Meredith Jaye, Dear Prudence, and other Burr Ridge Village Center retailers. The evening finished off with a screening of the iconic movie, The Devil Wears Prada.
