Hey again!

I’m wondering if someone can explain something to me….explain why the Trump administration is trying to close down all of these federal agencies citing things like, corruption, governmental overreach, etc., but then they withhold federal funding from universities because they won’t follow what they want not what the school wants. Isn’t this governmental overreach? This entire administration has proven hypocritical and ethically and morally lacking. And where are the Democrats? Why aren’t they fighting back? I see that there are federal judges willing to stand up and push back, but where is the opposition? I thought AOC and the other senator from Texas (I feel bad that I forgot her name because she is a real firecracker) would be all up in arms and creating a backlash but nothing…..I can appreciate what Trump is trying to do but do it the right way that doesn’t affect so many people and their livelihood or the educational rights of students. I might support some version of this if he did it slowly over the course of time and accounted for actual people and how it affected them and their families but this way is just wrong. Just sayin’….

Hey all!
Sorry it’s been a while but with everything going on I the country right now I have to step away and slowly digest the bu****it or I will snap.
So how is everyone? Happy with their choice of Trump over the known evil? I don’t condone the way the Dems covered things up and were extremely secretive about their business, but at least they weren’t causing chaos and blowing up the country from the inside.
Let me start with DOGE (which should be pronounced, Dog-e, since that’s what Musk is….a d**g with a bone) and cutting jobs and agencies which are supposed to help protect rights of citizens as well as show the world our greatness by helping during hard times. I can’t say that there wasn’t corruption in the ranks of these agencies but what you do is w**d out the corruption and remove it, not place thousands of innocent workers on unemployment. Plus, as I have learned, some of these agencies were created by Congress and cannot be closed or removed on a whim from a person who was not elected, not a member of Congress, and could have a financial stake in closing these agencies (Co-President Musk). How does this help the American people?
Tariffs…..it sounds like a tit for tat game that Trump likes to play to make the other country, or person, submissive to his bullying and rhetoric. Again, how does this help the American people when cost of goods go up? This is just the beginning of the rising costs. And let me broach the eggs cost issue that Trump says he “inherited from the Dems”…..wake up people! The cause was an avian flu epidemic that can’t be controlled without tons of antibiotics and vaccines. The Democrats had nothing to do with that.
The shouting match in the Oval Office with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy….that whole episode showed Trump and Vance bullying the leader of another country and raising their voices to try and show that they are the “Alpha males” when it only proves that the only way they can feel masculine and in control is to gang up and tell lies and disinformation about this leader. Because he and his country are hurting and struggling to fight against a larger country and by all accounts are holding out much longer than anyone thought, the Trump administration thinks it’s okay to make Zelenskyy feel small and not have the respect he deserves as a sitting leader of a country. We should be helping him in any way possible because we are the United States and we help the little guy being bullied by the big aggressor, we don’t act as the aggressor. And who was that piece of s**t who asked Zelenskyy about wearing a suit?? Does this as*****ey, f**k-wad, think it’s okay to disrespect a world leader like that?! Who cares if he owns a suit! Why doesn’t that mother fu**er live a week in the shoes of Zelenskyy and then worry about a fu***ng suit!! Piece of garbage….
That’s all I have for now. Stop being sheep and think for yourselves! Just because Trump or Vance say something doesn’t make it true. Just do the fact checking and you’ll see. There is no “golden age of America” under Trump because Trump doesn’t truly care about America. He only cares about what he can get out of his current role and reward his minions with wealth at the cost of average Americans and our wellbeing.

I have, again, been quiet for the last few years, but the inane idiocy and craziness never ends.
Israel and Hamas/Palestinian war....first of all the Palestinians and Hamas started this war. They killed and kidnapped Israelis randomly and then retreated back to areas of Palestine with those kidnapped people. What the hell do you think Israel is going to do??!! Hamas are a bunch of bastards who use civilians to hide among and then cry and moan when they are bombed and innocent civilians are killed. They have no problem killing others for their gain but then bitch and moan when bu****it is called. And people stop with the antisemitism. Not all Israelis are to blame for what is happening and you Palestinians is the US who are protesting Jewish people calm the f**k down! You college math teacher is not to blame for what is happening back in Palestine....you relatives are!! There is so much more to say but let's stop there for now.
SO now let's bring this up: Shohei Ohtani will go to the Los Angeles Dodgers in a deal reportedly worth $700 million over 10 years. This is supposedly the highest paid contract in sports history and is the most ridiculous things ever! Most people that play sports make way too much and, in my opinion, has always been ridiculous. Teachers and first-responders, the people that actually deserve that kind of money, barely make it by but a guy that throws a ball and hit that ball with a piece of wood live exorbitant lifestyles for playing a game. The people who care for and teach our youth barely make $50,000/year (after more than a few yeas teaching) while guys that play a game drive $100k cars and live in mansions big enough for 5 families. I understand that sports stars spend most of their waking hours training and getting better and for what? A statue that gets shared by whichever team wins the championship that year? And now college athletes are going to start getting paid? That's just creating the monster that will continue to grow. Human values are just so backwards some times. I sort of get why entertainers make a lot of money but even there should be a cap for them too. I think our society undervalues the people that make the most difference in our lives and it may not be a direct difference, but that science teacher may have sparked the interest of medicine for that paramedic who is trying to save your life when you need it most. Shouldn't that teacher and that paramedic be able to comfortably support themselves? I know I wouldn't trust an overworked, underpaid first responder to save me or my family and the sad part is that I couldn't fully blame them.
Don't get me started on Trump and his mindless "sheeple" that follow him. Maybe it is true that a majority of humans prefer to be ruled and told what to do. It would make life easier but so very boring and uninspired.

Ok, my friends....I have stayed quiet long enough. I moved away from social media and even stoped watching the news for awhile all because the way of the world was making me sick. I am almost ashamed to be an American. We are supposed to be the country of equality and freedom but after this weekend I am sickened by our government and their response to the mass chaos ensuing across our country. Common sense would dictate that if you are on a person's neck and they say they can't breath you step off. Unfortunately it is apparent that police officers across this country still treat black citizens differently than whites. There were four cops around George Floyd....they had him subdued....why continue with that sort of treatment?! He was already handcuffed so where would he go? I am glad that punishment will come down to the officers responsible for this. Rest in peace, George Floyd. You didn't deserve this. Now let's turn to the response of our commander and chief. Instead of trying to quiet the unrest and sooth the situation somehow, how chose to be an ass and wants to call in the military to "calm" the situation. That's like using a sledge hammer to drive in a nail. Any good president who actually cared about his people would initially try help the situation with kind words, promises of assistance to the communities affected, anything other than immediately jumping to calling in the military. I was reading an article and the head coach of the San Antonio Spurs, Gregg Popovich said it best; "It’s unbelievable. If Trump had a brain, even if it was 99 percent cynical, he would come out and say something to unify people. But he doesn’t care about bringing people together. Even now. That’s how deranged he is. It’s all about him. It’s all about what benefits him personally. It’s never about the greater good. And that’s all he’s ever been.” Trump has always been about fear mongering, misleading the public, and fake news and lies. He is the worst president that I can remember and, although I can appreciate his hard line against other countries and international organizations taking advantage of the good will of the USA, but that's it. He really hasn't created any jobs....what happened at the beginning of his time in office was a fluke and people were excited about his stance on many things. I get it...but enough is enough. Please......whatever you do.....if you're reading this, fight back against Trump by voting this year. Get friends and family to vote.....get your neighbors and people you meet to the voting booth this year and if there aren't voting booths do everything you and they can to mail in your ballots or whatever your area of the country is going to do. We need this "man" out of office or our country will continue to be hated across the globe. We need out international allies in this world because we don't know what's going to happen. It could be another pandemic that wipes out more people, it could be an EMP or nuke that hits us, or something else but we need to get someone to run this country who has common sense, can run a hard line against those taking advantage of our country, but still understands diplomacy and the need for friends and allies around the world. Is there anyone out there like this? I'm definitely not saying that Biden is our savior by any means, so who is left? Something needs to be done. Oh and one other things....I understand the outrage people feel but what is being accomplished by breaking into a store and looting it? That's affects your community and is morally disgusting! You're upset and angry about what happened and yes....black lives do matter, however, people can't go around and hurt their communities by doing this. This is when it stops being outrage and turns into theft and vandalism, nothing more, nothing less. The people who take advantage of a situation like this, when people are angry and hurt, are the lowest form of crap and filth to walk the earth. Hopefully karma will find them and do to them as they have done to the store owners. Just sayin'.

So....the world is still going crazy, we still have another waste of space for a president, and I am getting divorced. Just when I thought life couldn't get much worse....BAM!!! I get kicked in the f-ing head. But what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? I want to smack the person that first said that. I will start posting more often as I stop having panic attacks and my depression subsides a little. Stay tuned!

So I have been going through a separation from my wife for the last few weeks. Our son is about to graduate high school and go on to college and we are taking a close look at our relationship and all of a sudden, we look at one another and the spark is gone. Poof....just like that (imagine a snapping of the fingers sound). For the first time in a long time I am on my own. We are surprisingly amicable and still care for each other, but how does that just happen? I’ve discussed this with others and all I get is that our relationship has come to a logical conclusion or maybe we were together for the child and now he is grown up and about to leave the “nest”, our connection has gone away. I just don’t know.....anyone else go through something like this? We seem to be on the same page about the relationship and moving forward separately and we still are getting along wonderfully but it blows my mind that it just ended. Weird.....

So here’s my thing.....Trump says he is “proud” to shutdown the government unless he gets the funding for his wall. His campaign promise was that he was going to have his wall come hell or high water and that Mexico was going to pay for it. Why do we, the taxpayers, have to be responsible for his campaign promise? He should find another way to fund it if it is that important to him. A recent poll said that more than 60% of Americans don’t support taxpayer support for the wall, and our president is happy to lay-off employees if he doesn’t get his way. On top of that, he has positioned himself to blame the Democrats if this all stalls in the Senate. It’s not up to Democrats or Republicans to fund his f-ing wall! Take that $6 billion and fund help for homeless veterans! Fund programs for Americans who need help living day to day lives. F**k the wall!
Jim Mattis resigned his post as Defense Secretary because Trump is not listening to his analysts and military professionals in his cabinet that are telling him not to abruptly pull troops from Syria and Afghanistan without ensuring the region is more stable before doing so. A 40 year veteran of the military who understands how the region works is being ignored by the Trump administration. With our military pulling out it leaves the region open for ISIS and the Russians to take over the region. If Iran gains a foothold in the region our allies in Israel could be overrun and America will lose advantage in the Middle-East. Russia and China could step in and play the hero and then not only do we lose allies, we lose reputation. I truly believe that the US and our reputation is not in Trump’s best interest. He doesn’t want American to be “great again”, he wants to ensure that his bank account is padded so when he leaves office his personal interests are well taken care of and our country is left without allies and friends.
Why can’t people see this? Trump is doing one thing and saying, “looks over here....” while doing something completely different in reality. North Korea is still producing their nuclear stockpile, as proven by analysts in the region and satellite images, but Trump says that he negotiated North Korea’s cease and desist activities but it’s still going on. Trump is alienating our country from the rest of the world. Someone needs to stand up to him and fight to have our country be the leader it has been for decades. We need someone to tell him to stop bullying people who are doing their jobs and stop putting this country in harm’s way by dissolving relationships with other countries. We need these relationships in order to survive in this world. We need to make sure that some nation has “our back” should we need the help. I just don’t get how Trump is getting away with everything he is doing and has done.

Ok....I know it has been awhile since I posted, but there is never a shortage of crap happening and I am just fed-up with it. Here we go.....
Trump.....my least favorite Oompa-loompa. Enough is enough. Trying to turn around reports about Kashoggi's death, written by the CIA, and saying that there really isn't enough evidence to do anything about it so we keep redirecting information and I'll wave my hand over here so you don't see what I am doing over there. It's all about he money and everyone knows it, even if they don't want to admit it. I'll even bet that Trump is trying to arrange special taxes or other incentives for his Trump resorts in Saudi Arabia so he is willing to overlook certain things in exchange for favors after his term in office is up. I am just amazed with everything he is trying to get away with. How can you deny reports written by the world's top scientists about global warming and just say, "eh.....I don't believe it." It's not a belief system or an opinion, the data shows that our Earth is trying to get rid of us because we are ruining her. Can you not see the increase in wildfires in California, the increase in tropical storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, and cyclones??!! Can no one stand up to Trump's lunacy and hypocrisy? How are people still supporting him? Because of his battle to see who's dick is bigger, tariffs are still being applied to Chinese goods and they are doing the same to us. Other countries who have been our ally historically are imposing tariffs on our goods to so countries we have been working with for decades now want nothing to do with the US and Trump. I read an article this morning that more than 85 farms have filed for bankruptcy since this tariff war began. Car companies are now laying off workers in order to try and stay profitable because there are a number of things that they need that are made in China in order to make their cars. How is this making America great again?? What is being done is he is running our country into the ground and creating a circus of our political system, as if it wasn't enough of a joke. I just don't get it....someone please explain this to me.

I have been trying to setup my podcast but there is just too much happening in the world to stay silent. I originally wanted to start this podcast/blog as a way to vent about things happening in the world today. After reading about the latest Trump disaster I couldn’t keep quiet.
According to the New York Times and other news outlets, the “historic” meeting between Trump and Putin was a major waste of time. Trump continues to deny Russia’s involvement in the elections even though it has been determined that Russia was involved. He continues to push us further and further from all of our old allies and NATO and drives us towards counties that have long been a source of distrust and deceit. It’s like he is purposely trying to put the USA in a chokehold with Russia as the country on top. He must be the only sitting president that believes other countries over his own intelligence community. There is a reason why we have people devoted to searching out and providing intelligence on other countries and their rulers/dictators/presidents. It’s not whimsical....it’s not something we can do without because it provides this information to help protect us. Trump just seems to think it’s a joke and he know better. I don’t think I have ever seen such a narcissistic, bloated ego as Trump. The people who follow him are as blind and can be as ridiculous as selling ice cubes to Eskimos. Any other president would have been crucified for doing what he does and had done and saying was he says and has said. Is there no one who can talk some sense into this idiot?!
Global warming isn’t real?? It’s a hoax perpetrated by previous administrations? Scientists are wrong and Trump knows better??? Our country is still in disarray and I think he likes it that way. With all of these other things going on no one will question him on the side deals he is scheming up that will make him billions when this presidency thing is done.
Taking a step back I can appreciate that he has done a couple things that I must admit I like. He has stood up to our NATO allies and declared that the USA is done footing the majority of the bill for defense spending for help to keep everyone other country safe. I like that he is standing up to countries like China with the imposed tariffs, even though I don’t agree with how he going about it. Unemployment has been at its lowest in many years, although I don’t believe he has had anything to do with it directly. After all....he keeps withholding funds from so many departments so how is it that he has done anything directly to help with the unemployment rate?
There are so many other things going on in the world that I can’t put my finger on just one Practice two things, but one thing I have recently learned about is the situation happening in Myanmar that makes me crazy! Young Muslim girls, some not even teenagers yet, are getting r***d and beaten in refugee camps by the ruling Buddhist party. This is reported to be done because the ruling party is trying to get rid of the Muslims that are taking refuge in the small Indonesian country. That’s sick!!! That’s disgusting!!! Someone needs to protect these young girls from these fates! And to make it worse, the families of these young girls turn their backs because r**e brings shame to the households in this Muslim society. So not only are they being r***d and impregnated, their own families leave them to fend for themselves. I just don’t get it.
