You don’t deserve to talk to yourself the way that you do, you know that?
You didn’t earn it, and if you did you would’ve stopped reading because theres nothing in this message for you but here you are with me.

Who was it that spoke to you like that way?
Whose voice is it?
It’s not yours, you didn’t come up with that.
It’s not a chemical imbalance either.
It was a respect imbalance.
Someone some point in your life didn’t respect you and left you the pick up the pieces of your ego that they shattered.

Nobody is born this way, you were not born this way. This was forced upon you so if we can only believe what comes to us. You better believe what I’m about to say next.

You don’t deserve to talk to yourself the way that you do, you didn’t earn it, you didn’t do anything, you don’t deserve to have to deal with someone else’s pain and if the people who put these thoughts into your mind had spent half the time criticizing themselves as much time as you do, maybe they wouldn’t have done this to you.

There is virtue and silence sometimes
