Original post (with a 20 second clip) was blocked by U.S. Masters, so uploading a screengrab instead. This is Fred Couples competing in the 1995 PGA Tour as seen on Silverstar Sports/PTV 4. Silverstar used to produce sports broadcasts for PTV, RPN, and IBC including the UAAP in the 90s.

The significance of this screenshot, other than being old, is that this was the first year PTV dropped the "4" from their name and introduced their short-lived (used between 1995-98) red-white flag + yellow dove logo.
