Dear friends and colleagues,
we are pleased to announce that after the pandemic-related cancellations in 2021 and 2023, the International Guitar Festival Heinsberg will finally take place again! From May 28th to 30th Heinsberg will once again become the meeting point for the international elite of classical guitar. Yamandu Costa, Odair and Sergio Assad , Vojin Kocic , Mark Topchii and Goran Krivokapic will be our special guests this year.
Our concept has been revised for 2025. This year, no competition will be held. Instead, there will be a unique opportunity for 10 selected participants to take part in masterclasses, which will be held for the first time this year. Each participant will receive a total of 4 lessons from Vojin Kosic, Marko Topchii, Goran Krivocapic and Roman Viazovskiy As with our competition, all active participants, if desired, will be accommodated in host families and will have free access to the festival's concerts.
The application is free of charge. The costs for the masterclasses will be covered by the festival; however, a registration fee of €100 is required.This has to be paid within 3 days after acceptance.

Departure date: May 31
