🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (or a mix)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil)
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• 4 large tortillas or wraps



Instructions:
1. Cook the garlic butter base
• In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
• Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant (don’t burn).
2. Prepare the filling
• In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, sautéed garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
• Stir in shredded mozzarella (reserve a little for topping if you like).
3. Assemble the wraps
• Place some filling in the center of each tortilla.
• Roll tightly into a wrap.
4. Toast until golden
• Heat a skillet or grill pan, place wraps seam-side down, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, with cheese melted inside.
5. Serve hot
• Slice in half and enjoy warm, melty wraps.

Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Ingredients
• 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 cup lump crab meat
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce (or homemade white sauce)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in shrimp and cook just until pink. Remove from heat and combine with crab meat.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Layer noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta mixture, and more sauce. Repeat layers.
5. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

4 flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.

3. Add Parmesan cheese and stir to coat.

4. Warm tortillas and layer with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.

5. Add Cajun chicken on top, drizzle with ranch dressing, and sprinkle with parsley.

6. Fold into wraps and serve immediately.

Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls 🌶️🥓🧀

Ingredients:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
• 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 12 egg roll wrappers
• Oil, for frying

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
2. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
4. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.

🧀 Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients

For the meatloaf layer:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 large eggs
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

For the mac & cheese:
• 8 oz elbow macaroni (about 2 cups dry)
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
• ½ tsp paprika (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste

For topping:
• ½ cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter
• Extra shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Cook pasta: Boil macaroni until just al dente (slightly firm). Drain and set aside.
3. Prepare cheese sauce:
• In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
• Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
• Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.
• Stir in 1½ cups shredded cheddar, salt, pepper, and paprika until creamy.
• Mix in the cooked macaroni.
4. Make the meatloaf:

Ingredients:
• 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for topping)

1. Make the Peanut Butter Crumble:
• In a bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until it forms a crumbly texture.

Doritos BBQ Ranch Smash Burger with Cheddar Flood:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ cup BBQ sauce
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• 2 slices mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup Doritos (BBQ Ranch flavor, crushed slightly)
• 2 burger buns (toasted)
• 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Form Patties
Divide ground beef into 4 equal balls. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Smash & Cook
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high. Place beef balls and smash them flat. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and browned.
3. Add BBQ Sauce
Brush patties lightly with BBQ sauce while cooking.
4. Melt Cheese
Place cheddar slices over two patties and mozzarella over the others. Let melt until gooey.
5. Assemble Burger
Butter and toast buns. Layer cheddar patty, then mozzarella patty. Pour extra melted cheddar sauce (optional) over the top.
6. Top with Doritos
Add a generous layer of crushed Doritos for crunch.

Reese’s Poke Cake

Ingredients:
• 1 chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box to prepare it)
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
• 1 tub whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
• 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 cup chocolate chips (melted) or chocolate frosting
• Reese’s pieces, peanut butter chips, or chopped peanut butter cups for topping



Instructions:
1. Bake the Cake
• Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions in a 9x13-inch pan.
• Once baked, remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
2. Poke the Cake
• Using the handle of a wooden spoon or a straw, poke holes all over the cake.

Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground pork sausage
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), well drained
• 1 ½ cups Bisquick (or other baking mix)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, and Bisquick. Mix well until fully combined (using your hands works best).
