Learn something new about this amazing state just about every day!! "Cheyenne, Wyoming was considered the wealthiest city per capita in the world in the 1880s, specifically by the year 1882. This wealth was largely attributed to its strategic location as a railroad hub and a major supply point for the Black Hills gold rush. The city's prosperity also stemmed from the cattle boom and the presence of wealthy cattle barons." Who knew?? 😲 Happy 4th of July everyone!!!

Since we lowered the prices on the last of "The Living Wyoming" book series - sales have certainly jumped up (shocker, right? 😂) Our 6 & 1/2 year adventure, covering over 23,000 miles within the state, helped us create a 4 book collection with a total of more than 1,200 hi-resolution images by Robert Edgerton of Mystic Light Images. As the inventory dwindles - it looks like we'll make it through this year's Holiday season - but may be down to the point where complete 4 books sets won't be available towards the end. Have you ever wondered why we have GPS coordinates for most of the images in "The Living Wyoming" books? We've had several of you ask that question - and the answer surprises most folks. Those coordinates are for the spot we were standing when that particular image was taken. If you want to see exactly what we saw - simply go to those coordinates!! This spot at Flaming Gorge in the Southwestern quadrant (Book #3 - page 68) includes these:
