The first day of screening for the next generation of campus journalists officially wrapped up last July 16, marking a significant step in the search for new members of Gleam and Dagitab, the official publication of Bulan National High School.

Held at the Bulan NHS Gymnasium, the screening welcomed and accommodated over a hundred aspiring student journalists. Screenings will continue in the coming days for other categories.

#𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 | 𝗕𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟

Bulan National High School greeted its new principal, Dr. Johnberk Evasco, last July 8, 2025 inside the conference room on campus.

The BNHS community welcomed the new principal by warmly touring him around the campus with the help of department heads, as the Bulan Marching Royales began performing. After the quick tour, the Supreme Student Government officially greeted Dr. Evasco with a welcome tarpaulin and balloons, along with some school heads as the BMR once again performed.

They then held a short program inside the conference room, where the new principal and the faculty shared their messages as they got to know each other. Meanwhile, the SSLG presented token, as the BNHS Rondalla gave a musical performance to express their warm welcome. The event then concluded with a meal and celebration
