After a week off, we're BACK! ✨ This week I sat down with to talk about the big question many of us contemplate in motherhood - to have more kids... or not?

I've had this conversation with many of you in the same situation, and now you'll get to listen in on two moms' hilariously honest conversation around this very question. Did I mention Taylor tells us all about how she texted her husband that she was pregnant with their 3rd? Trust me, it's a story you don't want to miss. 😂

Taylor Cole is a Wife, Mother of 3 and Functional Holistic Nutritionist. When Taylor is not running around with her 3 young babies you can find her empowering women to support their foundations of health through functional testing and going back to basics with whole foods and mindfulness.

Kaitlyn came with a WORD for every mom out there. I think universally, us mom's struggle with being the "perfect parent" especially in a world saturated by social media and unrealistic expectations. I love how she reminds us how to just show up the best we can on the hard days and to stop focusing on the invisible expectations of motherhood.

It's a tough reminder when you feel like a failure for feeding your kiddos yet another boxed dinner or a few more episodes of their favorite show, but sometimes we need to take the pressure off and truly find peace in the hills and valleys of parenting.

And in case no one has told you yet today, YOU ARE ENOUGH (and we think you're the perfect parent for your kiddos 👊🏼)

We prepare so much for baby, why aren't we talking more about the transition into motherhood? Well, mamas, tomorrow we're diving in with Jess Hull of .io. ✨

Jess Hull is a former Facebook and Google executive who founded Mother Me, which is an app, online course, and support framework for successful women who want to do more than just survive their postpartum. The system she developed is called The Mother Me Method and it's based on the science and data of Matrescence as well as incorporating global perspectives on how other countries and cultures support postpartum women.

Jess approaches her work more from an academic standpoint vs. a clinical perspective. She has done extensive research on matrescence and maternal health and seeks practical solutions that can help busy women. Known for her enthusiasm, humor and compelling speaking, Jess resonates with so many women because she combines her passion for sharing a data driven approach with her personal experiences and her ability to relate to the universal challenges and joys of motherhood.

In her research and in her experience, Jess often felt that moms and their wellbeing were an afterthought. It's what motivated her to start her company and name it Mother Me - as a call to action to recognize that moms need and deserve the same love and care we so instinctually give to our newborns.
