While some relax with yoga, meditation, sports, art or ######, I always find that spending the morning detailing the cars is a good way for me to forget the troubles.
Despite the fact that I won gold in Paris for the oft missed sport of flop sweating, and the fact that the south Florida heat index was over 100, I managed to stay upright.
