Only 2 Friday walks remain of 2025 🤯

2 YEARS OLD 🎉🎁🥳

WALKANDTALK IS OFFICIALLY TWO YEARS OLD 🤯🤩

On Saturday just gone, it was exactly 2 years to the date from when we started our first ever WalkandTalk at Paddington Meadows with 4 people….

Fast forward 2 years later we now have a community of people that have either attended or attend the Friday morning walks. We honestly love it and it’s now part of our lives and without it been a thing, it would be crazy to think “what would I actually do on a Friday morning at 6:00am” obvious answer is… SLEEP 😂 but it’s so true it’s just a routine we and others have got into and it’s something we really look forward too!!

As the birthday fell on a weekend we’ve postponed the birthday celebration until Friday 12th December and what a way to celebrate than meeting up at one of Warrington’s most talked about coffee shops 🙌🏽🤩

So join us for an extra special walk on Friday, the walk will be stunning as always and the food and drinks…Well come and try it for yourself 😋😍

🅿️- You are able to park in the multi-storey car park or on the main road in the parking bays.

🎄 Jingle & Mingle 2025 🎄

WOW WOW WOW 🤩 What an incredible day that was yesterday!! We have never seen so many Santa’s, Elves, Mary & Joseph’s in one place and that credit goes to Lee and Vini who delivered yet again 👏🏽

Over £3500 raised for .roccoshospice which is a fantastic amount of money raised yet again!

If you missed yesterday and was gutted….. well save the date 5th December 2026 🔐🤩

Once again huge thanks to our walkandtalkers that came we absolutely love you guys and are so grateful for you all 🧡

Welcome to December 🎄🎅🏽🧑‍🎄

The final month of the year, the one that people say is the most exciting and important time of the year but for some it can also be the most stressful and difficult time of the year….

So we must continue to get together to share the message that

“it’s okay to have a bad day, week. But you are not alone”

Join us this Friday morning 6:00am from the Village Hotel Warrington. 3 Friday Walks remain so let’s get to it and enjoy the fresh early morning start.

All details are on the post, come and join us whether it’s raining, windy or sunny it will be worth it 👏🏽🤩

Sunday 30th November - Rivington Pike

Join us at Rivington Pike for our first Family WalkandTalk in a few months. 🤩

All ages are welcome to join, the walk will last around 2 hours depending on numbers and abilities but as always we’ll start together and finish together.

Then if you have no plans join us for some refreshments after the walk ☕️ 🍰

🅿️- will be sign posted and also easy to find spaces on the main road where we will be meeting.

Let’s get out for the final walk in November before we enter the busy period in December.

Yesterdays WalkandTalk crew getting up and at em 👊🏽

Despite the early morning de-icing of the cars, frost bite 👀😂 We attacked the day head on!

Great for another new face to join us and also donate a wonderful raffle prize for the Charity Rugby Match on the 21st December for the campaign 👏🏽♥️

Stay tuned for Fridays location but don’t forget about our Sunday Special on the 30th November we will be doing a walk around Rivington Pike, so if you can’t join us on the Friday morning, be sure to come and join us next Sunday. All details can be found on our page.

Yes it will be cold and frosty but the feeling once it’s done feels good! 🙌🏽🤩

Even better when you know there’s refreshments after at Number Nine 😍🔥

Yes the temperature has dropped but that will not stop us from getting up and at it!! 🤩

Down to single figures as we have 5 Friday morning walks left of 2025, so if it will be your first walk just do it because you won’t regret it, if you haven’t been in a while you’ve done it before and you can do it again and for the regulars… see you there 😍♥️
