The fourth studio album released November 14, 1989 on Sire/Warner Bros. The album peaked at 163 in the US and certified Gold by the RIAA. The single ”Burning Inside” reached 23 on Billboard’s Hot Modern Rock Tracks. The supporting tour was documented on the live cd and video In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up and later on Live Necronomicon. The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste was re-released as a 2-LP Expanded Edition, out now at a record store near you.
