Calling all dreamers, we know this path can get lonely, but if you need help in anyway, let us know.

Anthony and Chris met in July 2022. Coaching football, the conversations that are know the Ultimate Pill was a common occurrence.

Chris even remarked in August 2022, “if we ever have a podcast, we need to call it the Ultimate Pill.”

December 2022, they recorded Episode 1, and since then effort, learning, and love have paved the way.

88 Episodes later, Anthony and Chris feel this show has become a part of their life’s journey. With humility and hubris, your creativity is possible.

Access your generative drive and improve mental health 🫶🏼

Yes, we can use artificial intelligence to do a lot for us. But one thing it will never replace is genuine human connection.

And it’s positive human connection, from what all the research says, that provides the surest and easiest method to develop and sustain mental and emotional health.

We are social creatures. And I think we can all agree that artificial intelligence is not.

If you can use “human intelligence” to develop healthy relationships, you will be fine.

The words we employ are tools used to structure our external experience. Thought, or the words of mind, are tools used to structure our internal experience.

Herein exists a potential solution to various mental health concerns.

If words are tools to define experience, paying attention to their quality and utility seems important. A vintage chair is a more desirable structure than an old chair.

In the same sense, when thinking about life, a growth opportunity is a more desirable structure than a terrible situation.

Understood, easier said than done. But maybe unnecessary suffering can be ever so slightly alleviated if we contextualize the experience in a more positive light and avoid negative, useless tools.

The meaning of the situation just hits in a healthier fashion.
