The U.S. Embassy in Abuja is seeking to employ suitable and qualified candidates for
the position of Electrician in the Facilities Maintenance Section.
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
Incumbent’s duties will involve maintenance, installation, modification, repair, trouble
shooting and testing of electrical systems, equipment, controls to include distribution
panels, switch gears, fire alarm systems, lighting systems, transformers, electrical motors,
appliances and any other items associated with the electrical trade.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
NOTE: All applicants MUST address each selection criterion detailed below with

1. Completion of Primary school is required. Completion of vocational training or
apprenticeship recognized as producing journeyman electrician skill is required.
2. Minimum of one (1) year journeyman electrician experience is required.
3. Level III (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Writing in English is required.
4. Full Journeyman electrical knowledge of established practices and procedures is
required.
5. Must be able to use electrical testing instruments and tools.
6. A valid Nigerian driver’s license is required.
SELECTION PROCESS

Overall Responsibility Working with and reporting to the State Team Leader for MNCH 2 Project. The State Outreach Coordinator will build partnerships and network with state and communities to identify and select outreach sites, design and implement outreach services while adhering to FMoH and MSION quality standards. Implement clinical training activities and document reports of outreach activities as well as participate in the conduct of supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring of trainees.
Key Responsibilities

Work with skilled service providers to establish proper referrals and linkages between HFs and with communities.

Professional Background / Qualities

• Not less than 6 years relevant CP&I work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in Business or Finance related field
• Capital Projects & Infrastructure project exposure is essential. You must have a track record of advising on significant projects
• Experience in / connection to West Africa will be advantageous
• Fluency in the English language is required. Understanding of French and Portuguese is advantageous
• Must show ability to build strong relationships based on trust
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid supervisory and team development skills

The CPI Team
The PwC West Africa Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) Advisory practice is extremely active in the marketplace and is looking to expand its ex*****on team with leaders and experienced managers.

The West Africa CP&I team is primarily based in our Nigeria offices.

Our Infrastructure focus sectors includes:
* Energy & Power
* Transportation
* Real Estate/Social Infrastructure
* Agriculture
* Mining
* Water & Sanitation
* ICT
* Healthcare
* Government
* Mega-Events


Job Requirement
Broad experience and understanding of regional Power, Transport, ICT, Agriculture and Water & Sanitation sector is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Structure, coordinate and execute all CP&I deal ex*****on workstreams including but not limited to:
- Project viability assessment including preparation of feasibility studies
and business plans
- Project finance structuring & capital raising advisory
- Value analysis / financial analysis
- Procurement strategy / contracting / negotiation support
- Project management and governance
• Drive the preparation of all marketing materials (proposals, pitches etc)
• Assembling / drafting of deliverables in CP&I deal ex*****ons
• Drive all financial & business modeling / valuation work
• Deal process management
• Make certain business decisions in coordination with senior deal team members
• Build and nurture client relationships / leverage personal & professional networks
• Develop and manage Capital Projects & Infrastructure solutions while keeping up to date with technical industry development
• Responsible for industry / market monitoring, including regularly creating pieces on that outline industry structures, key trends / market dynamics, established & upcoming players, potential deal opportunities etc
