Russia reportedly sent a submarine to es**rt the tanker formerly known as “Bella 1,” even repainting the ship and trying to re-register it under the Russian flag to shake off U.S. pursuit. It didn’t work. Early this morning, U.S. Special Operations forces along with the Coast Guard fast-roped onto the vessel and seized control.
