ave been offered jobs and internships with Glamour, Vogue, Buzzfeed, Vanity Fair, Seventeen, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, InStyle, and many more based on their portfolio of writing and/or resume experience of editing. As a reward for all your hard work, HCOZ specifically makes sure to foster a sense of community among our writers and editors by hosting fun events and bonding sessions, offering free workshops in valuable skills, giving free products to our members as we receive them, sharing and advertising your writing & you on our social media accounts, networking with other organizations to help our members be involved in the campus community, and just in general being a support system and place to express yourself while you are in college. We value your talents and hard work, and want you to have a place to explore your immense potential during one of the weirdest times in our lives. Her Campus was founded by three current Harvard students—Stephanie Kaplan ‘10, Windsor Hanger ‘10, and Annie Wang ‘11—it was a winner in Harvard College’s business plan competition, the i3 Innovation Challenge, in March 2009, where it received the first-ever Harvard Student Agencies (HSA) Investment Award.
