SIX YEARS AGO, the idea of creating a gun safety PSA felt like a smart detour through so many gun-related issues. At least we could ALL agree that safety is crucial no matter what you believe. Writing this script, shooting with my daughter Eve, hoping this would be relevant and naively thinking a list of mass-shootings would not become dated... that was what fueled this.

TODAY, the conversation feels just as relevant. Guns are not toys.

There are heated debates on both sides of the issue as far as being able to carry a firearm... but no one can argue that education about gun SAFETY is imperative.…

Guns are not Toys - a recent PSA we wanted to share today in light of the latest tragedy. "You don't need to be a fanatic or an activist to understand that educating people about gun SAFETY in all of its forms will save lives."

Our hearts go out to the victims and their families in Charleston.
