Hey everybody,

Been on kind of a recovering-from-being-a-crippled-mess vision quest, but finally starting to feel closer to normal and looking forward to getting back to the ring soon.

In the meantime, we put together a new course for RyanHallOnline.com with the help of and . It’s a kind of different way to consider movement, defense, and counter offense in general, applicable to gi, no-gi, MMA, and even Judo and wrestling.

It won’t be out for a bit, but if you’re able to take a look once it releases, I hope you’ll find some value…or at least food for thought.

Big thanks to , , , , and for all their help in the development of these positions and strategies. At least to my eye, they’re a big step forward, but we’ll have to see over time.
