I have decided to put 100% into Sound Asleep Records. I have several great ideas for new releases. I also really want to make the dream and idea that me and Christer had come true. That is to release very limited editions of brilliant 12" vinyl records. Our plan was to call the label Soundwall Records, a mix of my Sound Asleep Records and Christer´s Wall Of Noise Records. I want to do this as long as I have the time and energy to do it and also as long as there are people out there supporting my releases. So, if you want to hear a lot of great music in the coming years, please, be sure to support my label. It´s always very much appreciated!

When me and Christer Warholm released the first "Home Runs" compilation with great American pop, the song "Donna" with Rikki Rush was one of the songs that we wanted to include the most. Christer managed to get in touch with Rikki (real name Rick Gagnon), and we were very happy when he let us include the song. Rick sent Christer a package including a signed photo, some press clippings and THE JACKET THAT HE WEARS ON THE RECORD COVER! Now, how cool is that! Christer has had the jacket all these years, and when he so sadly passed away in March, I thought I should offer this great power pop item to someone that could give it a great home. If there was a power pop museum, it really should belong there. The bundle will include a copy of the single, the signed jacket, a signed photo and the press clippings. I´m taking offers on this once in a lifetime bundle now. Serious offers only. Rick Gagnon passed away some years ago as well.
