The monster that took Caleb 2yrs ago tomorrow is pleading guilty. Dont think this means hes decided to do the "right thing". He has remained unrepentant this entire time. That hasnt changed. The deadline to turn over case evidence came up last week and his attorney took one look at what we are working with and told him plead guilty for a lesser sentence. This POS still believes he did nothing wrong and thinks he should walk free. I believe he needs to go through everything Caleb experienced. Every second! I was informed what the medical examiners conclusion was. I was told there was nothing I could have done. Even if i were a medically trained trauma surgeon i couldnt have fixed this. The night he was shot, the bullet tore through the top of his heart severing all connection. It wasnt possible to save him. Iv been very vocal with the DA about being frustrated with 911 for not helping like they could have. I begged them to tell me what to do and all they said was keep putting pressure on it even after i told them he stopped bleeding out and hes bleeding IN! He explained to me that there was literally nothing i could do so i cant blame the 911 operator. I want josh to experience this. I want the top of his heart blown out and to watch the life drain out of him. Watch his pupils dilate and the life just leave! I want to stand over him and remind him that everything hes feeling is what he did to Caleb. You deserve this. You dont deserve a lighter sentence because you realized how badly the cards are stacked against you. The 2 men that hurt my son will pay dearly. Gods dealing with the murderer first..... to the man who abused him and neglected him for years..... Gods dealing with you next. Iv been told from a legal standpoint to be silent for 20yrs and thats not happening anymore.
