Tomorrow! Several poets featured in “Little by Little, The Bird Builds Its Nest” will be reading from this new anthology at Saint City Catering in downtown St. Paul at 6 p.m. SubText: A Bookstore will be selling books. Sunday night’s poets include Tim Young, Donna Isaac, D.E.Green, Becky Boling, Scott Vetsch, Julia Klatt Singer, Michael Moos and Klecko.

An anthology of poetry about the beauty, humble and grand, that is found in birds of all varieties. Divided into five sections, Hatch, Flight, Perch, Song and Nest, everything from the lowly wren to the mysterious owl, from the blackbird to the bluebird, the robin to the crow and more are celebrated. Contributors to the anthology are largely from Minnesota and include Thomas R. Smith, Julia Klatt Singer, D.E. Green, Diane Jarvenpa, Jim Rogers, Mike Hazard, Becky Boling, Rob Hardy, Donna Isaac and Klecko. A beautiful gift book for a bird lover.
