You know what’s an accessibility detail that often gets overlooked? Including time zones when mentioning meeting times.
I just booked something I thought was at 10 AM my time but it was actually 7 AM. I really wish people would make this a standard. I tend to assume that when someone emails me a time, it is in my time zone and that is often not the case.

Repetition does not equal truth. In Autistic spaces, a rumour repeated can feel like fact. This is the illusory truth effect. Screenshots and partial stories leave out context and repair, creating a distorted picture. It is never too late to choose compassion. Behind every post is a real person. Protecting our community means questioning repetition, avoiding pile-ons, and remembering the bigger picture.

My sister and I will both not eat desserts that have fruit in them, but a fruit platter is great. My desserts are generally chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, peanut butter or salted caramel in flavour. I enjoy pumpkin pie and other pumpkin related desserts, but I would say that’s about it.
Oh, and guess what? I don’t drink coffee.

If someone chooses to hold on to what you did wrong for years and ignores the steps you took to repair and make things right, it was never truly about resolution. It was about holding onto something they could use against you to justify the dislike they already carried.

You will see this often in online spaces. There is always time to change and move forward, but if you notice this pattern, treat it as a red flag. It is often better not to engage, because you may be only one step away from becoming their next target.

When you recognize the hold that has had on your life, you see it for what it is. It was never about moving forward. It was only about keeping you stuck in the past with them.

The moment you release yourself from that weight, you reclaim your power and your freedom to move ahead.
