Pumping after baby latches isn’t about chasing more ounces — sometimes it’s just to catch that creamy hindmilk your little one didn’t finish. Every drop counts. 🍼💛 ゚viralシ

People see me out with three kids and probably think, “She’s doing it all on her own.”

But what they don’t see is my husband working hard behind the scenes, making sure we’re taken care of.

He’s the reason I can show up fully for our babies.
The quiet strength behind every grocery run, every packed lunch, every full fridge.

So no, I’m not alone. I’m just doing my part while he’s doing his. 💕✨

Hinga lang, nanay. You did the right thing. 🤍

For those who are wondering kung anong soap ang ginagamit ni baby 💙

We’re currently using Oilatum Gentle Cleansing Soap Bar — recommended for dry and sensitive skin. Iwas baby acne and cradle caps.

✔️ Recommended by pediatrician
✔️ Dermatologically tested
✔️ Helps lock in moisture
✔️ Hydrates while cleansing
✔️ Gentle enough for daily use

It really helped keep baby’s skin soft and smooth, especially during cold or changing weather. 🧼💧

Sobrang tipid din. One bar can last up to more than 2.5 months.

Available po sa mga drugstores & meron din online.

From a tiny little baby to this— all from nanay’s milk. 🍼💪

I still remember the day I first held my tiny baby in my arms. So small. So fragile. I was scared if my milk would be enough, scared if I was doing things right, scared if my baby was truly getting what he needed.

But here we are, almost 3 months later — strong, healthy, and thriving. All from me. From sleepless nights, endless latch attempts, cluster feeds, tears, and quiet prayers of “please let this be enough.”

Exclusive breastfeeding is not easy. It’s a full-time job. It’s patience, pain, persistence, and love all poured into one. But it’s also one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done — seeing those chubby cheeks, hearing those tiny giggles, and realizing this body made and nourished you.

To every mom doubting herself — your milk is powerful. Your effort is seen. Your love is enough. 🌷
