I know this is not related to Disney stuff.. I have a few experiences with hurricane damage and power outages. Until I have this experience at work —assisted living have half power on due to lightning storm hit this area. The building have backup generator but I don’t know how long it keeps running on.
I came in at about 530am and noticed there are some black pitches from the residents’ windows that I know some of them tends to wake early to start their day. However, I came in the building, and yes, there are power outages but emergency lights on. I was worried if our kitchen may have half power cuz the residents really need that. I turned the light on, there are full power on which is good. The rest of building is still power out. The gas is still on which is good.
I learned from this experience and good thing to know that would be prepare us for next hurricane.
Keep in mind, top priority is they must restore power on are both hospitals, assisted living or nursing homes but they do have backup generators which it is required by law or other.
Interesting to learn something from this. Thank you. I need to stop delay with my project and transcript. Eek!
