More than 4o years ago my mom had a dream from God where my dad was preaching to many people from around the world. Back then my dad was struggling with alcohol and mom was suffering. This dream gave mom hope that someday God will use my dad and kept praying for him. By the grace of God, dad was free of alcohol issues and eventually helped so many people as a pastor and a doctor. When they retired and thought their work and ministry was over, God gave dad a platform to spread God's love so unexpectedly. Mom and dad believe this platform might be what the dream was about. They are just thankful that they have an opportunity to talk and sing about God's love and grace.

The secret of Dad's joy? Throughout the whole day he talks about how thankful he is... all the food and snacks he eats, the trees, birds and the sky, and how God allowed him to have a platform like this to share God's love... and most of all, the grace of God and the hope of eternal life even when he faces difficulties.

Dad was so very happy to visit the places where the Apostle Paul journeyed 2000 years ago in Greece. He kept saying "I can believe God gave me this opportunity before I die!" He kept singing this song while we were walking through the sites.

The reason why mom and day are always full of joy is that they always remember how free they are in Christ. No matter what happens in this life, they know they are free from guilt, shame and judgement. They know they are deeply loved by God.

Mom and dad's life is a testament of goodness of God.They went through so many crazy ups and downs but God was always with them. Dad got conned multiple times trying to help people and had zero retirement savings. But, God has provided them in the most interesting way of being influencers and provided a platform for dad to share the gospel which is his passion.
