A pharmacist got fired for refusing to sell Diazepam (a controlled drug) without a prescription.
Let that sink in.
A man walked in, asked for sleeping pills. No prescription. She said no.
He said her boss had already given him four doses. Just like that.
She refused. She was asked to quit.
This is how addiction starts.
This is how mental health crashes.
This is how systems rot from the inside.
We’re not just fighting poor health. We’re fighting greed in lab coats.
We’re fighting silence. We’re fighting bosses who turn pharmacies into drug kiosks.
We’re fighting a system that punishes people who do the right thing.
To all health workers doing the right thing in a crooked system—
You are not mad. You are not alone. We see you.
Protect your body.
Protect your mind.
Don’t self-medicate. Don’t collect drugs from the counter like you’re buying bread.
And to anyone battling insomnia, anxiety, or sleep problems—there are safer, smarter, food-based ways to reset your system.
