Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta 🍔🧀🍝

Ingredients 🛒

12 oz rotini or any pasta of choice
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for browning beef)

Directions 👩‍🍳

Cook the Pasta:

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil if needed. Brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are soft. Drain any excess fat.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

For the Creamy Pasta:

- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

Sauté the sausage and vegetables:
In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced smoked sausage, bell peppers, and diced onion until slightly browned and aromatic. While this step is optional, it enhances the flavor of the dish.

Transfer to the crockpot:
Add the sautéed sausage and vegetables to your crockpot. Then, add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese.

Ingredients:

8 oz bacon or salt pork
3 lbs chuck roast, cut into 2-inch cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for searing
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb carrots, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups red wine
2-4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
6 thyme sprigs
2 bay leaves
14 oz frozen pearl onions
1 lb mushrooms, halved
6 tbsp butter (for onions and mushrooms)

Instructions:

Cook bacon or salt pork in a large pot until crispy, then set aside.
In the same pot, sear the beef in batches using the bacon fat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove when browned.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in the pot, sprinkle in the flour, and toss the beef to coat.
In a separate pan, sauté chopped onions, carrots, and garlic until soft. Set aside.
Deglaze the pot by adding red wine, scraping up any browned bits, and reduce by about 1 cup.
Return beef and bacon to the pot, then add wine, beef broth, tomato paste, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, and salt pork rind (optional). Bring to a gentle simmer.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions 👩‍🍳

Cook the Pasta:

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water.
Cook the Sausage:

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the sausage and set aside.

Béarnaise Sauce:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
1 shallot, finely minced
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Prepare the beef:
Season the beef tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness. Let rest, then slice thinly.

Toast the bread:
In a large pan, melt the butter and lightly toast the baguette slices until golden on both sides. Set aside.

Make the Béarnaise sauce:
