A world consumed by darkness and despair,
We've lost our moral compass, and our values impaired.
Most church, once a beacon of spirituality, now tainted by flesh,
Materialism's the message focus, leaving souls in eternal mess
Marriage, once sacred, now a deadly trap,
Love turned to lust, and hearts that forever rap.
God's reverence seems lost among many
As evil takes the stage,
And what was once evil, now deemed as good
We live in times where righteousness is rare,
And those who stand for truth are deemed beyond repair.
The Word of God, once cherished, now ignored and scorned,
As humanity's heart grows colder, and love's warmth is torn.
Yet still we hold on to faith, a glimmer of hope,
A promise of redemption, from the darkest scope.
For in the midst of evil, God's light still shines so bright,
Guiding us through the darkness, into His loving light.
