It is important for people to take some time off and help Ziyad! If you help him, he might (with God's well) get out of constant lock down and also get his mail! This corrupt system is torturing him solely because he refused to lie (if he had had lied, he would have been out of prison by now) Imagine if you were locked up in your bathroom for 8 months and you can't even see the sun! Help end this grave injustice

Please listen and share with as many people as possible so we can get justice for this innocent young man who has been in jail for over 5 years and is serving 31.5 years! On top of all that he is in the SHU (worse than solitary confinement)!

Court didn't go too good! One judge kept saying that marriage could be a code word for jihad so that means when the judge wanted to get married, he was going for jihad?! Take me out of this ignorant bigoted place! My son's life has been ruined because of people like this! My son's ex lawyer, Jim Ayers ruined my son's life forever by not presenting the evidence that my son really went to get married in Jordan and had a potential bride! Hasbiya Allah wa ni'ma Alwakeel. To God I leave everything!

Salaamun alaykum: I am writing to bring your attention to something - insha'allah maybe you have the answer.... something strange happened tonight. I went to update the address for Daniel Maldonado. He is no longer in the system. His reg # is vanished. Now it was already strange to begin with - his address was odd.. I have never before and never since seen an address like that. But now - unless they changed his reg # - he's vanished. They do not usually change reg numbers.

Any ideas, anyone? This whole thing stinks to high heaven and if you ask me, it has all along. Tomorrow insha'allah I will make a bunch of phone calls but I don't think I'm going to get very far. This is why I am asking you all if you have any information I missed or anything? I'll write to some attorneys I know and ask them as well. Maybe if I can just get an idea of where to start... that could help insha'allah. I'm cross-posting in various groups... insha'allah someone will have an idea of how to find him....

If you say you support Muslim Prisoners, please explain to me why you are selective to whom you support? Why are you only supporting those that are renown within the media? There are many brothers and sisters in prison who have NO-ONE to care or write to them.

You have access to a great resource to find out about OUR brothers and sisters…..yes it is called the internet.

I pray that Allah (SWT) doesn´t abandon you as you have abandoned them.

Don't just sit and feel sad, turn your tears into action! If enough people write - they WILL take notice! There hasn't been enough pressure in the U.S! And after all, the U.S. is who is holding him! Look at the UK activists! They are amazing! Let's do the same, we CAN! We CAN make a difference! We HAVE in the past - we must do it again, we must save this father, husband, brother, friend. The reason he's still there is because he is so charismatic and he was able to influence the other prisoners. If we do not insist he be released, I fear they will never release him. If we fail to fight for his release, we fail as human beings, we are complicit in his inhuman imprisonment.

Please for God's sake - if this was your father/husband/brother..what would you do? He has young children some do not remember his face anymore, and one who has yet to meet him for the first time!
