This role would also suit someone with a knowledge of jewellery or a keen interest and desire to learn about our vast ranges of jewellery.

Your core duties will be
• You will serve as an ambassador for the company delivering the ultimate customer service for our online customers.
• You will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries which the company receives via email, telephone or other means.
• You will process and package the orders received, assisting with quality control to ensure every element is correct before dispatch.
• You will receive any returned items and verify these for quality control before crediting a customer.
• You will assist customers with any special enquiries, liaising with the relevant production teams and taking responsibility for agreed timelines.

The role also involves helping train 2 young school students with their weeks work experience, giving them a taste of this wonderful industry.

This is a rewarding role organising the making of a large cross section of jewellery from toe rings to tiaras and an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, to get involved with a creative, forward-thinking company and one of industry’s leading businesses.

The role is full time, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. 40 hrs a week.
