If I even think about feeling a sniffle coming on, this chicken soup is my first line of defence.
It’s like a hug in a bowl 🤗

🥣 Lucie’s “keep the germs away” chicken soup:
* 3 onions, chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, crushed
* 3 carrots + 3 celery sticks, diced
* Litre of bone broth (or chicken stock)
* 1 cup of water
* chicken thighs
* k**b of ginger, crushed

Brown your chicken then set aside. Sauté the veg, gargle and ginger in oil for 5 mins, add stock and chicken, bring to the boil then cover + simmer for 15 mins. Serve over a cup of cooked pasta or noodles and season as desired.
