Last night....I slept GREeEaAt!

Homemade soup, seeded bread from the farmers market, and a friend who already feels like family. 🥣🍞🤸‍♂️

Three weeks ago, Diane and I “randomly” met at a taco shop — but nothing about it was random. She has already blessed my life with her courage, her creativity, and her love poured into everything she does. 🌻

Last night, I sat by the window after a long day, dipped warm bread into her soup, and looked out over the cornfield under the stars. ✨ My heart was full.

Here’s to friendship, sisterhood, and the reminder that we can do less, attract more, and love what we do.

Tacos brought us together 🌮… soup sealed the deal 🥣✨.

The road ahead is always an energy choice.
Every mile marker, every bend in the highway is a chance to recalibrate your frequency.

Just like these mountains shifting into autumn, we get to shift into alignment with what we actually want. 🍁

Einstein said it best: “Everything is energy… Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.”

So today, as I drive forward, I’m reminded:
• I am the one holding the steering wheel of my energy.
• The destination is already aligned with my frequency.

The World Needs You Activated.

You already know the grind isn’t working.
The 40+ hour weeks. The “someday I’ll slow down.”
The paycheck that barely keeps up with the cost of living.

And yet… you keep waiting.

The New Era Isn’t Coming.
It’s HERE!

(A Bold Letter to the Women Who’ve Traded Their Lives for Labor like me🙋‍♀️)

I was on the river this weekend listening to people laugh about how they finally had a day off.

They were saying things like:
👮‍♀️ “I used all my PTO just to get a long weekend.”
👷‍♂️ “I wish life felt like this more often.”
🧑‍🏫 “Labor Day… whatever that even means anymore.”

& something inside me cracked wide open.

Because I’ve been that woman.
🎈The one who was grateful for a break but aching for a life.
🎈The one who stayed in a job because it offered health insurance—while my soul stayed sick.
🎈The one who worked like her mama did… and her mama’s mama did…

Because that’s what good women do, right?

We show up.
We shut up.
We sacrifice.

But let’s look at what that’s really costing us.

📊 70% of Americans say they feel disengaged at work.
📊 Over 50% report feeling mentally or emotionally exhausted by Friday.
📊 The average person spends 90,000 hours at work in their lifetime.

And too many women—especially caregivers, single moms, daughters of laborers—
Stay in jobs they hate for “stability”… while quietly dying inside.

Here’s the truth no one told us growing up:

🥳You don’t have to trade your health for benefits.
🤪You don’t have to trade your time for money.
You don’t have to retire at 65 to start living.

That was the old model.
That was the industrial script.

But sis…
This is the new era.

We’re doing LESS and attracting MORE.
Not because we’re lazy—but because we’re leveraged.

📲 We use AI and automation to create content, follow up, build our brands.
🤝 We plug into a mentorship community that gives us the blueprint AND the belief.
🛼 We trust the process, not the pressure.
💸 And we get paid for being us—not for selling our soul by the hour.

We don’t reinvent the wheel.
We listen.
We lean in.
We trust that when we help enough people get what they want—
It’s inevitable we’ll receive what we desire.

So this weekend, as the country celebrates Labor Day,
I’m celebrating Legacy.
Not just my own, but the legacy of every woman who ever whispered:

“There’s gotta be more than this…”

You were right.
There IS more.
And we’re building it—together.
