It’s really time for me to get out here in these content streets! Taking the most aesthetic and vibey photos of life around me is truly one of my absolute joys in life, and I just want to continue to get better and better.

I’m hoping soon people will want me to come and capture the vibes at their events, and businesses too! But for now, I’m enjoying just sharing my life with the world through photos!

Sometime in the morning I like to catch the vibes of my apartment with nothing on the tv still a little hazy and dark from the early morning. Still loving this place. Lots of updates to the apartment decor coming soon! So excited 🖤🖤

Finishing up week 2 of college for my graphic design degree. Today I had some psychology study work to work on, and I started at 10:30am and ended at 2:30pm 😭
 As a new college student here are my thoughts:  🖤 College at 31 is so much more fulfilling than it was at 19. 🖤 Time management can be tough but I found just working on things a little bit everyday adds up. 🖤 It actually really pays to try and dive deep into what you’re learning by taking notes and researching things on your own.  🖤 Study guides are everything!  🖤 Music really helps me focus  🖤 using the pomodoro technique helps me prevent overwhelm!

I recently changed my desk setup to a black setup and I am loving it so much! I still incorporate pieces of color and I am definitely looking to bring in some chrome/steel aspects as well.
 Decorating my desk I think will always be my favorite hobby, there’s just something about desk setups and tech that give me all the butterflies!

Yesterday & today I pretty much dedicated to studying! As a graphic design student the classes I’m enrolled in for now are:
 🖤 Typography  🖤 Intro to Psychology  🖤 Indesign I 🖤 CSS & HTML  🖤 Drawing
 So far my favorite class is Indesign because I like how interactive the course is and how we went straight into designing. I think CSS & HTML will be a favorite as well because I’m so excited to learn to code.
 With my graphic design degree I really plan on just using my knowledge to start freelancing full time, but of course get a graphic design job while I’m working up to that!

This morning, I got to work and started talking to my co worker about our futures (her and I have very similar interests and though processes when it comes to how life should be lived)
 And it just made me realize how much I truly want to go back to freelancing/digital products full time. I did it for 4 years, and I feel like sometime I gave up too easily.

I got nervous because all of my clients were closing their contracts, but I could have gotten more. I could have pushed through and I didn’t. I got a job.
 I love my job, and if I have to have one I’m happy it’s this one, but my heart still beats for freelance.
 I have to figure this out. If I did it before I can do it again. I’m a dreamer.. I can’t help it 🖤

I absolutely love shooting pictures of my desk setup and technology! It really brings me so much joy, it like gives me butterflies 🦋
 I’m someone who just loves aesthetics, any kind! Especially tech and desk setup aesthetics.

Right now I’m in like a black and neutrals vibe for my desk set up, and my home is a bit more colorful, but who knows what that will be in a few months! 🤣
 I love creating content but sometime it’s hard for me because my feeds change so much 🤣🖤 . .

I start school on Monday!
 I’m going for a graphic design degree, and I could not be more excited to expand my creative knowledge! Ever since I was a child I’ve always been into art and technology, & when I discovered that there’s a career that combines the two, I was sold!
 I tried college right out of highschool, and well, it didn’t work out. But I was able to learn enough on my own to freelance for awhile.
 Now I’m ready to get a formal graphic design education and degree to aid me in my newest creative endeavors!
 Are you in school this year? Any tips?! 🖤

So I am a huge fan of the neutral aesthetic especially with black, I find it so elegant & gorgeous. But I am also a creative, and an artist, so sometime that little pop of color can really light me up!
 I started trying not to focus so much on things being aesthetically exactly put together and starting playing with a bit of color, with the orange.
 Through taking these photos today, I realized maybe I created my own cozy, cool aesthetic that matches both my luxury and my creative side together?
 Idk, what do you think? How do you feel about color?

So I’ve taken a brief break from Ali Hazelwood and have Gotten into to the world Abby Jimenez! So far I am not disappointed!

I stayed in the realm of romantic comedy of course, and this one is a fake dating trope with a really unique story about to two people who meet on Reddit, and each of them have been cursed with the fact that everytime someone dates them, they find their actual soul mate right after. 😅 In wondering if they can break this curse, and find their own soulmates by dating each other, and then breaking up, they decide to give it a try.

It’s super cute so far and I love all of the subtle mentions of tech through out the story as someone who dreams of working in IT and loves tech lol

Can’t wait to see how it turns out!

Made some small changes to my tech and desk setup as we head into the best season of all! Both fall and Libra Season ♎️

I took down my keyboard customized with Harry Potter keycaps. This keyboard has Gatreon Brown Switches and they feel and sound so amazing.

Also added my little Harry Potter funkopop to the main desk and also my Sailor Moon figure to the monitor riser.

And lastly, I switched my decimate around to the felt side for a more cozy feel.

It’s officially been one month since I really started this tech and lifestyle instagram and I am so close to 200 followers!

This journey of transitioning careers has been so eye opening and fulfilling I can’t even describe the mode of happiness and freedom I’ve been in.

I thought that when I made the choice to go back to work after owning my own business fulltime for 4 years that I would feel broken and devastated. And it has been.. QUITE the opposite. I feel grateful, happy, and alive.

I have a clear direction on where I want my life to go, and what I want to do business wise, and that’s build a tech community here and on YouTube as I learn more and more about it, not to be a guru but to just share my moments and joy with others, and to be a graphic designer whether it be freelance or not 🖤
