- Replaced the honey with cane sugar
- Increased salt
- Reduced fridge bulk fermentation time
- Increased bake time

This time I used buttermilk instead of yogurt and only did an overnight ferment on the counter. They are so soft and fluffy with a little crunch on the bottom from the hot iron skillet! I also sprinkled a little salt on top before putting them in the oven. 😋
