A Guy Gilchrist Production, in Nashville Tn, is hiring an onsite Studio Manager/Personal Assistant. This is a part-time, in-office position working on Wednesdays during daytime office hours.

In addition to familiarity with Guy Gilchrist, his art, and creations, the ideal candidate has an array of administration and leadership skills including, but not limited to; tour scheduling and booking detail management, general correspondence with promoters, agents, and customers, tracking studio and tour expenses, paying bills, inventory and supply acquisition, and working with other members of the team.

It’s an Anniversary today 🙏❤️ It has been three years since I wrote and drew my last Nancy comic strip.
I ended my almost 23 years with a wedding. The family walked off into the future to “Wouldn’t It Be Nice”, my favorite Beach Boys song.
Yes, that’s me as the Pastor.
Thank you, Ernie Bushmiller, For letting me watch over your creations for such a long time!
And thanks to all of you who love the characters and supported the strip, my ideas, my values and sense of humor, and continue to do so.
Before you ask again, no. I wouldn’t go back to doing it. I enjoy my more freed-up days and opportunities to tell new stories and grow!
Syndication took over my every day life, as it had to, for a very long time. Every wonderful thing costs you plenty, and doing a daily comic for so long cost me decades of Time, a most precious commodity. Nancy will always be a part of me, as are the Muppets, the Muppet Babies, Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes and all of the wonderful things that I have been a part of!
I truly value the love you’ve shown me over the years for Nancy and the other things I’ve done. I wouldn’t trade any of it, ever, and I know for a fact that Dreams really do come true. I’m the luckiest guy I know.
