My name is Sanziana Feyer and I am the proud writer & owner of sannafey.com.
I am originally from Romania, however I’ve been living in Sweden for the past five years. Moving all my life, I feel like I belong to the whole world. That is also why I have a passion for traveling, the main subject on my blog.
I studied all my youth at German language schools in Romania and when I moved to Sweden I joined the IB program, which was the best thing that I could have done. It opened up my perspective to the world. Afterwards, I took my BA in International Migration and Ethnic Relations at Malmö University. This is where I wait for the next part of my studies - a Masters Program in Strategic Communication.
I choose to write in English, even though it is not my mothertounge, because I want to reach more people with my blog (and also the ones I know here in Sweden to have a chance to understand what I am writing about haha)
Sanna Fey is a blog about amazing travel destinations, life reflections and challenges, mixed with giving tips about what book to read next. I personally thought to include the Book Club section, as I am a passionate reader myself, and I can inspire a lot of people to start on the same path.
The main section of the Blog is travel inspiration from different destinations that I have visited, giving you tips & tricks on what to do and why to visit that specific place. Not only that, but I include even more specific articles on each destination, such as an interesting insight into a specific cultural event, a distinct encounter or an unusual place.
I love to write.
This is how it all started. It began since when I was a little kid, writing daily in my journal and when I grew up as a teenager I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences to the whole world. SO I thought, why not start a blog? Since then, I tried different names, different platforms, documented myself on what is a blog and how to do it properly and here I am: writing on Sanna Fey.
Sanna Fey is a mix of letters from my own name, Sanziana Feyer.
The idea to have my own name up there wasn’t so appealing to me, but being Sanna Fey offers me the chance to keep the blog personal and also give out my best while writing. I love it: it is short, catchy and easily remembered.
