I was finally lucky enough to get a single dragonscale calcite - These calcites are from the Sweetwater Mine in Missouri. It's really hard to find these for a decent price.

A pair of diplomystus fossil fish! I started with a different scribe but then I upgraded to a Micro Jack Mini Pulse from Paleo Tools. I'm digging it so far!

This is a Moroccan trilobite, who I'm naming Bruno.

Because poor Bruno here has been through a lot.
I accidentally broke off his arm - so I decided to fix it.

Which i did and it looked FANTASTIC.

BUT then, the microscope I was using FELL OFF AND LANDED ON BRUNO!
This happened literally immediately after fixing him.
Broke off the arm I just fixed and broke off the left arm into two pieces.
It was wild.

So, I got Amy to assist to help make the repairs.
Wasn't as nice as the first time and the left arm was wonky.

But after she left and went back to bed - I didn't like the new repairs and decided to undo all the repairs and start over from scratch.
With the help of thick starbond, museum putty to act as another set of hands, and instacure - I managed to fix the wonky arm and the other repair and make Bruno almost as good as new.
