Mukesh Ambani, with a net worth of approximately USD 107.7 billion, is recognized as the richest man in India, according to Forbes.
The Ambani family is noted for their lavish lifestyle and extensive luxury real estate holdings, including their prominent residence, Antilia, in Mumbai, and properties in London and New York.
This estate, which dates back 900 years, has been featured in two James Bond films, “Goldfinger” and “Tomorrow Never Dies.”
Stoke Park, originally built in 1066 and renovated in 1760 by John Penn, boasts a large golf course, 13 tennis courts, a health center, a spacious gym, three fine dining restaurants, 49 luxurious rooms, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The estate has a rich history of hosting notable guests, including members of the Royal family during significant events.
Located 25 miles from London, Stoke Park was previously owned by the King brothers since 1988 before its acquisition by the Ambani family.
The ownership structure involves Reliance Industries holding a long lease through Stoke Park Limited, while Buckinghamshire Council retains the freehold.
Interestingly, it is reported that Queen Elizabeth I resided at this location in 1581, a fact not widely known.
Currently, the Ambani family resides in Antilia, which is valued at Rs 15,000 crore, making it the second most expensive residence globally, following Buckingham Palace.
