Earlier in the spring, we had a freezer go out on us and I had to take 700+ pounds of meat to landfill. It was literally one of the most painful things I’ve done in my life.. since then I’ve done nothing but wait for deer season to come and it’s finally here! After three long weekends of trying to get something to put in the freezer, I am thankful to get it done. Not a deer I would brag to my friends about by any means, but I am so thankful, because it will become some of the most delicious meals for my friends and family in the coming weeks..
