Best part of life is this part of life! ☀️

If you ever needed a sign that healing is both possible, and worth it. I hope this and the parts of my journey I’ve shared over the last few years can be it. ❤️‍🩹

I wasn’t going to bring a little human into this world without knowing that most of the junk on me from my own childhood was off and wouldn’t be passed on!

She is everything I hoped for and more and reminds me to be grateful for the work I put in to bring her here!

Healing doesn’t equal wanting kids for everyone but My question for you is, WHAT DOES HEALING EQUAL FOR YOU?!

Some of you know exactly what that is and maybe some of you don’t yet. Maybe it’s even more than what you can imagine. The only way to know, is to walk that direction.

A connection to my deceased great grandfather whom I had never met, catapulted my healing and showed me my gifts and a path forward and I believe everyone’s passed loved ones can offer similar for them!

I’ve had this gift all of my life, but had many blocks with it for many years… because of trauma, not wanting to SEE, fear, etc.

As many of you know, I was on a journey of healing, and during a breathwork session, I had an experience with my own great-grandfather, who had passed before I was born. He showed me his life, he showed me his wounds, and he showed me origination of mine.

With this new insight, I continued to heal wounds, peel back layers of the trauma onion (iykyk). The more I did, not only did I heal parts of myself, I helped heal parts of my great-grandfather, and my gift to connect with those that have passed became louder and clearer.

The connection with my passed great-grandfather was a key into my healing AND my gift. Personal, generational, AND soul-level wounds… and unlocking that door reconnected me with myself.

While every individual path to highest self is different, I believe our loved ones on the other side have insights and perspectives that can bring love, healing, guidance, and even hold keys to help us unlock those doors.

Happy New Year! 🎄✨🕯️

There is nothing I love more than being a mom. I woke up with literal sunshine in my bed every morning most of this year. This perfect little ray, that demonstrates how to shine bright regardless. Because the sun just shines. How lucky have I been to witness and be loved by this shiny little miracle.

2024 was another wild year, personally and collectively and I am the most grateful for all the sun that shines in my home on a moment to moment basis, no matter what. ☀️ ✨ 🕯️

Also, When we took our photos last year, I didn’t think my Chloe would be here to participate in Danni’s first, — out of mamas body, on planet— New Year’s Eve photo. But she is.. because she does what she wants. And I love that about her! 💗 11:11

The most beautiful I’ve ever felt. I can say I never truly knew what that felt like until that day... and I felt it in my bones.

The healing it took to get there— and I finally saw and ✨ felt ✨ the truth. Im a goddess, who is stunningly beautiful from the depths to the surface. with the ability to heal myself and guide others to the waters. To create and sustain life. A whole fu***ng portal.

I am the most grateful that I experienced this while my daughter was brewing. I pray that her body will ALWAYS remember that feeling. 💕
