Eligibility:

✅ The first dataset contains over 800 abdominal CT scans (more than 3 million slices) segmented for major organs. It was published by researchers at The Johns Hopkins University. The best part; they used active learning to reduce the segmentation time required 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 30 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 3 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 🤯

✅ The second dataset features brain MR scans from 200 patients with brain metastasis. Published by researchers at Yale School of Medicine, it includes segmented tumors and lesions together with the accompanying clinical data.
