New Essential Episode! How would your life change if anxiety wasn’t an enemy to fight, but a whole-body signal you could learn to move through? 🤔
In this Essential Series episode, you will learn that anxiety is a whole-body experience and how you can train your mind to move through anxiety instead of fighting it.
This is a snippet from Episode 181, where Kelly speaks with licensed clinical psychologist, bestselling author, speaker, and TikTok therapist, Dr. Lauren Cook .laurencook to share insights from her international bestselling book, Generation Anxiety.
In Generation Anxiety, Lauren describes the “three main sharks” that trigger anxiety (our own minds, society at large, and other people) and explains why naming our triggers can help us move through discomfort.
They also talk about how anxiety shows up not only in our thoughts but also in our sleep, energy, and gut, and how certain food choices can cause or worsen anxiety, while others may ease it.
Plus, you will learn how anxiety can run as a habit loop, how avoiding these feelings can keep the cycle going, and how becoming curious about our anxiety and changing our habits can make life feel lighter.
Be inspired to ease overwhelm and feel calmer every day.

New Essential Series Episode! Want less stress in love and more connection? ❤️
Kelly sits down with relationship expert and best-selling author, Thais Gibson to unpack attachment theory and how understanding your own style and the style of the people you care about can make relationships calmer and closer.
Thais explains the four main attachment styles (secure, anxious, avoidant, dismissive avoidant and fearful avoidant) and she shows how early formed patterns can linger as unconscious “relational clutter” that shapes how we ask for needs and respond to closeness.
You will be encouraged to think about your own attachment style and you will learn how knowing your style can help you bring calm during moments of conflict.
Plus, Thais and Kelly discuss a conflict situation between two opposing styles to show how, by recognizing each person’s needs, the situation can be alleviated and turned into connection.
Be inspired to understand your attachment style and strengthen your connections with the people who matter most!

New one-on-one episode! 🎉 What would your life look like if you embraced less, but gained more?
Together we explore the idea of “The Pursuit of Less But More.” We reflect on the areas of life where simplifying has brought us greater meaning, such as less mental clutter and more peace, and the places where excess has come at a cost, like too much work and less time with loved ones.
We also discuss the hidden toll of “more but less,” from overconsumption to burnout, and share what our recent summer experiences have taught us about the importance of slowing down.
Plus, you will learn about our personal routines that help keep us aligned with minimalism, the lifestyle boundaries that have given us the greatest returns, and the areas we each hope to simplify further this year.
Be inspired to rethink what “more” means to you and design a life built around clarity, balance, and intention.
