Some more exciting news – our team has gotten bigger! 💫
We’re so excited to welcome Sophia as our newest Social Media Intern! 💙

Sophia recently completed her Business Administration – Marketing diploma at NAIT and brings a passion for community building, trend marketing, and copywriting. She’s also the founder of Beaded Bliss, a local bead accessory shop where creativity meets small business hustle!

When she’s not creating content or building brands, you’ll find her playing badminton, dancing, watching anime, or scouting out the cutest cafés in the city. Oh, and she’s been a matcha girl long before it was trendy.

We’re so happy to have her on the team and can’t wait to see what she creates! Welcome aboard, Sophia!

We’re so excited to welcome Vivika Sharma as our first-ever Social Media Assistant! 💙

Vivika is entering her fifth year of a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing at the University of Alberta. With a passion for content creation, a sharp eye for trends, and what she calls “career research” (aka impressive screen time 📱), she’s a perfect fit for our team.

When she’s not diving into the world of social media, you’ll find her dancing, binge-watching a new show, or spending time with friends and family.

We’re so excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the creativity she brings to our clients’ brands. Welcome to the team, Vivika! 🎉

Well, it's official! Social Craft Creative is 1! 🎈🎊

This past year has been nothing short of amazing. We've had the opportunity to partner with 12 brands across 11 industries, with 10 of them continuing as monthly clients. We're incredibly proud of this client retention rate. Our relationships with our clients are the foundation of this business, and I’m grateful they took a chance on a new agency like ours to build their brand on social media.

That being said, a HUGE thank you to our clients. Social Craft Creative wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m truly grateful for each of you (keep an eye out for a personal thank-you email shortly 😉). I also want to extend a huge thank you to my family, friends, boyfriend, and community for their constant encouragement and belief in me this past year. Their unwavering support for both me and this company means the world.

This past year has taught me many valuable lessons. The most important one? Be someone YOU would want to do business with! With a background in customer service, I’ve always believed in building strong, trusting relationships, but entering this industry and building this business has shown me just how crucial it is to stay authentic, communicate openly, and consistently go above and beyond. It’s not just about what you offer—it’s how you make others feel that truly sets you apart.

I’m Vanessa, the Founder of Social Craft Creative, an Edmonton-based Social Media Agency.

I launched this agency 10 months ago to help businesses manage their social media and create content, providing a flexible and cost-effective alternative to hiring a full-time Social Media Manager, so businesses can stay connected online without the higher expense.

My mission was (and still is) simple—empowering business owners to focus on what they do best, while I handle their social media and online presence.
