In this exciting episode of Glen Talks, we are honored to feature Brian Payer (Anishinaabe), a passionate advocate for Indigenous business capacity and governance. With over 42 years of experience, Brian has helped more than 250 communities and individual Aboriginal entrepreneurs achieve their economic and social goals.

Brian takes us through his journey—from earning his Bachelor of Commerce at UBC to consulting on major projects and designing computer applications. He reflects on his time as a senior financial analyst for the Federal Native Economic Development Program and his advocacy work in Ottawa for equity support programs. Brian also shares his entrepreneurial ventures, including operating a manufacturing facility and running www.raingearpro.com, an E-commerce distributor of Indigenous-manufactured PPE.
